Website Purpose
DogMind Journal is a public informational and educational website about dog behavior. It provides English editorial content, glossary entries, topic pages, source references, public video records, a newsletter signup, and an email-delivered checklist resource.
The website is provided for general information and education only. It is not a professional veterinary, medical, training, behavior-consulting, emergency, or individual assessment service.
No Individual Advice Or Emergency Support
DogMind Journal does not diagnose medical or behavioral conditions, assess an individual dog, provide treatment, provide personalized training plans, or guarantee that any interpretation applies to every dog.
Written educational content cannot evaluate an individual dog or situation. Visitors should contact a veterinarian for health, pain, illness, sudden behavior change, breathing difficulty, heat-related distress, injury, collapse, or urgent welfare concerns. Visitors should contact an appropriately qualified local professional when safety, aggression, bite risk, serious fear, animal conflict, guarding, or risk to children, vulnerable people, dogs, or other animals may be involved.
Current V1 Service Limits
The V1 website does not provide public accounts, public authentication, purchases, payments, memberships, paid subscriptions, VIP services, upload tools, private video review, personal case review, or direct emergency support.
Newsletter And Checklist
The Dog Behavior Context Checklist is made available through the Kit newsletter confirmation flow. The website does not guarantee delivery until the provider-managed confirmation and delivery process is complete. Subscribers can unsubscribe through links included in newsletter messages or by contacting lubjan40@gmail.com.
Acceptable Use
Visitors may read DogMind Journal pages and share links for lawful, non-misleading personal use. Visitors must not use the website to submit private case data, emergency requests, medical information, subscriber data belonging to others, unlawful material, or requests for individualized dog-behavior assessment.
Visitors must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent DogMind Journal content, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
DogMind Journal content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors may link to public pages and may quote short excerpts for ordinary reference, review, or discussion where legally permitted and properly attributed. Reproducing substantial parts of the website, copying whole articles, misrepresenting authorship, or using content commercially requires permission unless an applicable legal exception applies.
External Links And Third-Party Services
The V1 website uses Vercel for hosting, Sanity for content administration, Kit for newsletter signup and checklist delivery, and YouTube / Google for public video links or embeds. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability And Changes
DogMind Journal may update, correct, archive, remove, or change website content. The website may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed without notice.
Liability Boundary
DogMind Journal aims to provide careful educational material, but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every dog or situation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or to waive consumer or mandatory-law rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Slovakia, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to a visitor in another jurisdiction.
